PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Private one to one sessions, where we spend quality time developing your boxing technique through the use of drills and padwork. Fitness and strength & conditoning will be included throughout the session, working around your goals. All abilities welcome.

TWELVE WEEK PROGRAMME
This 12 week personal training programme is aimed at complete beginners wanting to learn all the boxing basics and fundamentals in a structured plan. Each week you will learn a new technique, these include correct stance and guard, all basic punches, how to slip & roll and footwork. It will be at least twice a week training. By the end of the 12 weeks you will have a good understanding of the fundamentals and you'll be ready to take it to the next level.
BOXING FOR FITNESS PROGRAMME

This on going boxing for fitness programme aims to get you fighting fit and in top shape. We'll train like an athlete 2-3 times a week using high quality boxing training methods. This will involve high intensity workouts, strength & conditioning, padwork & bagwork and agility drills. The training will be tailored to you and will include nutritional advice to supplement the programme.
This programme is suitable for all abilities and all fitness goals.
