I've been training with John for nearly 3 years now, since I have started boxing. He took me from complete beginner to entry amateur level and I feel comfortable sparring boxers with many more years experience than I have.
I enjoy the variety of exercises he puts me through, his patience and the fact he always makes a bridge between theory and practice. I wanted a coach that had real experience in the ring and John definitely knows what he is talking about.
